Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze trends in studies of meditation-based arts therapy published in Korea from 2010 to 2020. Of the total 106 papers searched from domestic data bases, a total of 54 papers were selected as analysis data. The results of this study were as follows. Among the studies on meditation-based arts therapy published in Korea from 2010 to 2020, meditation-based art therapy was the most reported, and studies were mainly conducted on adults and general groups. In addition, it was found that many studies using experimental-control group studies and quantitative analysis were mainly published. Most of the studies showed that the number of study subjects was 6-10, the number of program sessions was 6-10, the total duration of the program was 9-12 weeks, and the duration of the program was 31-60 minutes. In contrast, it was found that few research has been conducted among preschool children, college students, and patient groups.
